Leed Certification Requirements

I’d like to consider applying for at least the minimum LEED certification. This would seem to help guide us as we make decisions on items and would help to market the home in the future and will be a marketing point for Heartland Construction, I would think.

    Will collate a cost structure for the different certifications so that you have an idea if you want to pursue.

    Thanks George, that would be really helpful. It seems like some sort of certification is in reach as long as we make smart decisions.

    Do you know of any LEED certification people in Boise? Sounds like you need to have them involved from the very beginning.
